To access the villa there is a path which is 94cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 87cm wide. The lounge door is 202cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 127cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 54cm wide, there is a step down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 288cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, tiled and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom doors are 65cm wide, the bathroom is a shower type. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
