The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.
Terms and Conditions
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' applies to bookings for arrival between 1st May 2021 and 31st December 2021 only.
- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.
- You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but no limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.

Villa Estella Overview
Located on a peaceful hillside just outside the traditional village of Stroumpi, almost exactly half way between the Town of Paphos and Polis on the north coast, Villa Estella offers panoramic views across the countryside behind the Bay of Polis to the sea.
A beautiful villa built as the country home of a local Cypriot family, Villa Estella is set in perfectly manicured and maintained gardens with a glorious pool and lovely shaded pergola as well as plenty of sunbathing terrace, shaded dining terrace and barbecue, everything you need for a tranquil holiday in the glorious Cypriot sunshine. The village is a short walk up the country lane and there you will find a traditional coffee shop, a selection of local restaurants and shops. The seaside resort town of Polis and the beach front and marina of Latchi are a 20 minute drive away.
So although car hire is advised everything is within very easy reach, even the Troodos mountains or the villages of the Akamas. The Spa Hotel Aghii Anagyri which is housed in a refurbished 16th century monastery is less than a 10 minute drive and offers an exceptional sulphur spa and first class restaurant!
Villa Estella is very comfortably furnished and cared for by the charming family who own the house. It has been welcoming visitors for just a few years but has proved very popular, with many returning to experience the wonderful hospitality.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. The villa has 4 steps to access and a path which has no restrictions. The front door has a width of 77cm and the other doors that access the pool are the two lounge patio doors which are each 100cm wide. There is one 20cm step from the patio to the pool which has roman steps to enter. The area of the villa is flat but leaving the villa it slopes steeply downhill. Both the widest bedroom door and the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor are 70cm wide. The door into the kitchen area is 75cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 100cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Covid Cancellation Policy - If your travel dates are restricted by either FCDO/local government advice or local restrictions in your destination country less than 30 days before your arrival at the villa, the supplier will allow you to move your booking to alternative dates.
