You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Spacious and inviting, up to ten guests can relax here with five cosy bedrooms, this home offers a comfortable and stylish home away from home. You'll love the master king suites, complete with plush bedding and private bathrooms. And the twin bed setups are great for families or friends travelling together. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere filled with calming crèmes and rich browns. The open living and dining area is a great spot for unwinding together, with plush leather seating, a large TV, and picturesque windows framing the beautiful outdoors. If you're feeling competitive, the games room is fully furnished with billiards and air hockey tables. With a modern-style kitchen filled with the latest appliances and plenty of preparation space, cooking up an evening feast for the family is a breeze. As you step outside, you'll make a dart to the indoor pool and whirlpool, surrounded by a glass enclosure that lets you soak up the beauty of the great outdoors during swims. But just when you thought it couldn't get any better, you also have access to the Solterra resort and its action-packed clubhouse, large pool and spa, fitness center, tennis and volleyball courts, and even a video game room.
