You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.
- Our terms and conditions and suppliers' terms and conditions will apply for ancillary products such as car hire and transfers.

Surrounded by thirty miles of serene canals, lakes, and ponds, you'll have endless opportunities to get out on the water to fish and boat. You might even spot exotic and beautiful birds that call Rotonda West home, as it's a designated bird sanctuary.
The dreamy Grassy Meadow will impress those with a taste for modernity, who will be in awe over the neutral tones, wooden furnishings, and rustic beachy touches. Designed as a bright open space, the ground floor is a homely reprieve from the Florida sunshine, with a plush sofa to sink into and a snug office. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, while the second features a queen-sized bed. Step outside to the covered lanai and soak in the tantalising views of the golf course and sultry electric-heated saltwater pool. While this house isn't child-friendly, it's the perfect getaway for older families or a group of friends with pristine beaches, theatres, and sporting events all nearby.
