Terms and Conditions
You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.
- Our terms and conditions and suppliers' terms and conditions will apply for ancillary products such as car hire and transfers.

Only a quick three-minute walk separates you from the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island, meaning every day is a beach day here. The outside is a tropical oasis, with a private pool and whirlpool that are wrapped with lush greenery, great for your holiday photo moments. The outdoor lighting creates a calming ambiance for your evening swim or relaxation under the stars. The large screened porch is a great place to enjoy the outdoors, stay shaded from the sun, and watch your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV.
Inside, the home is decorated with breezy beachy décor in shades of blue, creating a welcoming and soothing atmosphere. Relax on the oversized, comfortable seating in the living and dining room areas after a long day in the sun. The updated kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances, a quaint breakfast nook, and all the latest appliances. After a beach-filled day, there are four bedrooms to sink into, with two king beds, a daybed with a trundle, and a bunk room, so everyone will be well-rested for another day in paradise. Kitted out with bikes, beach chairs, and toys, you have everything you need to make day trips as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible.
