You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Sea Shell Overview
Sea shell is all about its beachy location, with a sugar-white stretch of sand just a short walk away to flop out on. Situated on Anna Maria Island, experience some "old" Florida charm in its historic streets, with galleries and shops in colourfully stacked houses. Restaurants and live music bars spill out over the pier, and there’s even a free trolley that takes you all across the island, passing hidden coves on the way. There’s even a beach cart, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for hassle-free beach-filled days. The terrace is topical and tranquil, with palm trees and exotic shrubbery swaying in the sea breeze. Afternoons never looked so good in the heated pool and spa, but when you’re not dipping your toes in the warm water, stretch out on a lounger and soak up the sultry landscape. The fun doesn’t stop there; battle it out with a game of foosball and pool in the games room or explore the natural beauty on your own bike. It's cocktails all around at Sea Shell, with your own tiki cocktail table for creating any fruity boozy concoctions. We suggest heading to the rooftop to enjoy your tipple with sweeping views across the glistening waves of the Gulf.
The interiors speak for themselves: spacious and elegantly designed with a calming colour palette of greys and whites that exude a feeling of blissful serenity. The large glass windows and doors flood the space with natural sunlight, allowing the gleaming sunshine to illuminate the home. Exuding country-chic charm, the kitchen belongs in an interior design magazine, with quartz countertops, a large farmhouse sink, and stainless-steel appliances. The hardest decision will be where to tuck into those long evening meals – either on the wide breakfast bar, in the indoor dining space, or in real luxury poolside on the terrace. After a busy day at the beach, head to the first floor, where three large ensuite bedrooms await. You’ll all be fighting over the master suite, with its own walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bath, and private access to the rooftop terrace.
