Terms and Conditions
You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.
- Our terms and conditions and suppliers' terms and conditions will apply for ancillary products such as car hire and transfers.

Coconut Cove is more than just a holiday villa; it's a much needed escape that offers a blend of home-like comfort and lavish resort-style amenities. Tucked away on Anna Maria Island's north end, this three-bedroom estate is surrounded by swaying palm trees and offers a unique oasis for those seeking relaxation. The villa's interior is filled with light and features a stylishly decorated living area with comfortable furnishings, wood floors, and vaulted ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen is painted with seafoam green countertops, white cabinets, and brand-new appliances. For larger groups and families, the villa offers two separate living areas and a formal dining room with seating for eight.
The master suite is a spacious retreat with a sumptuous king-size bed, pops of beachy blue and teal, and a glass sliding door that leads to a private balcony. The stunning ensuite bathroom features a freestanding marble tub and a glass-enclosed "wet room" with a spa-like shower. Outside, Coconut Cove truly shines with its tranquil and tropical terrace. The sparkling, heated* pool is perfect for soaking up the sun or cooling off on a hot day, while the hot tub is ideal for unwinding under the stars. The lush green lawn features a putting green and a cornhole game, and the covered lanai offers a table tennis table, an outdoor kitchen, and comfortable sofas to lounge on.
