You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.
- Our terms and conditions and suppliers' terms and conditions will apply for ancillary products such as car hire and transfers.

Situated on the island's idyllic north end, you're just a short stroll away from the powdery white sands and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf Coast. With the colourfully stacked shops and pierfront restaurants just a little further ahead, Anchor Splash is a little corner of paradise on Florida's sultry shores. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by the charming cobblestone driveway and meticulously landscaped gardens. Step inside and experience the open and airy living space, with soaring vaulted ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Gather with your loved ones on the plush leather sofas in front of the flat-screen HDTV, or sit down to a family meal at the large farmhouse-style dining table.
You'll be in awe over the kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, gleaming worktops, and a spacious island with ample seating for casual meals and snacks. Each of the four private bedrooms is thoughtfully decorated with its own flat-screen TV, made for unwinding after a sun-kissed day at the beach. The flashy master suite features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower, while the remaining bedrooms offer a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and two twin beds.
