You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Villa Tas Konak Overview
The grand Tas Konak is a farmhouse-style stone residence oozing with rustic charm. Dark stone walls contrast the light wooden beam ceilings and furniture to create a mix of contemporary and traditional styles. Step into the open-plan living space with incredibly high ceilings and comfortable seating surrounding a fireplace. Through the doorway here reach the spacious double bedroom with patio doors leading to the garden. On the other side of the villa, another open-plan room comprises a large dining table with a sleek modern fully-fitted kitchen with further doors leading to the garden. Also on this floor, an externally accessed annex holds a family room with a double bed, ensuite shower room, and air conditioning. Upstairs on the first floor, you'll find a further two bedrooms, one double and a twin room both with balcony access. We imagine you'll spend most of your time in the garden, enjoying the fantastic outdoor space this villa has to offer. From the inviting pool to the separate whirlpool, there are many spots to unwind in bliss. A dining area is located amongst the greenery for you to enjoy a meal alfresco whilst taking in the natural scenery.
Kayakoy is a traditional village full of history that has grown in recent years and now has lots to offer. Within a short walk, you can reach dining options, whilst just a short drive away lies mini-markets, the resort centre, and lots of historical wonders to explore. For those wishing to experience the lively Hisaronu resort, it's less than 5km away easily reachable by car.
