You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

This 5-bedroom villa offers a generous outdoor area ensuring you can make the most of the sizzling summer days in the Aegean sun. Surrounded by tropical plants and modern garden furniture enjoy kicking back with an excellent book or taking a dip in the inviting pool.
Step into the cosy, traditional living quarters flooded with light thanks to the sizeable windows. The mix of modern, clean design and classic wooden furniture gives a true feeling of authentic Bitez living. The lounge offers a comfy space to put your feet up and the kitchen is fully equipped to ensure your self-catering experience runs as smooth as possible. Each of the bedrooms has storage space and most have air conditioning to keep you comfortable and make you feel a bit more at home.
The separate annexe offers the perfect separation those travelling with a nanny or teenagers may require offering a bit of privacy. It holds a double bed with storage, and air conditioning connected to a small lounge area with a kitchen.
We imagine you'll be spending most of your time in the captivating garden and terrace area, that's exactly why we fell for this property. The tropical plants and flower beds accentuate the large terrace and there are several covered spots to ensure refuge from the sun.
Use the garden gate for easy access to the road leading to the beach. Just 300m away you'll find souvenir shops offering handmade goods, restaurants, and bars as well as the sandy Bitez beach. Compared to the busier Bodrum and Gumbet, Bitez gives a quieter and more refined assortment of entertainment.
