You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Five bedroom Villa Piedra del Sol is stunning property with all the trappings of a luxury villa. It’s only 150 metres to the nearest beach and offers you spectacular views over the stunning Mediterranean sea along with vistas of the iconic Rock of Gibraltar.
Designed over two levels, the ground floor offers a spacious living area open planned with a fully quipped modern kitchen. The master bedroom has its own ensuite and two further bedrooms share a bathroom. Patio doors lead out to a terrace with glass balcony offering you uninterrupted sea views.
Stairs lead down to your private garden where you access the lower ground floor with two bedrooms, a shower room, spacious lounge and kitchenette. The main lounge and three of the bedrooms offer air-conditioning for your comfort and Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
The generously proportioned swimming pool sits within a perfectly manicured garden, bordered by brightly flowering bushes. Sun loungers frame the pool and there is a lovely area to the side of the villa with tables and chairs. A brick BBQ is also available for those wanting to dine alfresco. Nearby resort Sotogrande is a trendy hangout with colourful houses, fringed with palm trees, stylish restaurants by the marina and a renowned Golf resort.
