The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.

- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' applies to bookings for arrival between 1st May 2021 and 31st December 2021 only.
- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.

Villa Choli is a fantastic villa which has something to offer for everyone. Perfectly located in the beautiful, cultured town of Marbella, it is close to upscale restaurants, trendy beach clubs, an upmarket Golf Course and just 500m from the closest beach, you couldn’t ask for a better location! Step into this luxury five bedroom villa and you will not be disappointed. The grounds are awash with beautiful plants and shrubbery all surrounding a very generous sized pool. Make your way through the grounds where you will encounter your own tennis court* – perfect for those looking for a bit of healthy competition!
Villa Choli wraps around an internal typically Andalusian courtyard which further adds charm to this stunning house. Make your way round and you have the spacious living room that has been tastefully styled and also houses a pool table. Follow on round into the very generous sized kitchen, this is the perfect meeting place for all of the family offering ample seating with a breakfast bar and a beautiful wooden dining table. The kitchen has all modern facilities including a built in coffee machine, leading nicely round to the utility room and the first Double room with an ensuite shower and a lovely view and access out onto the garden. Follow the quirky square layout of the house where you will come to the next two bedrooms, a very spacious twin room with built in wardrobes and a King bedroom offering the same generous space. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a separate bath and a walk in shower.
The villa has two other bedrooms; a beautiful King room leading out onto the relaxing terrace overlooking the pool, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and it also houses an ensuite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The final room is a modern double with an ensuite shower room, all rooms have been tastefully finished and come with much welcomed air conditioning.
Finally, as you go full circuit in the house, you will come across a lounge with sofas, a nice little area to sit and read a book from the villa’s impressive selection of books stored in the book shelf. As well as a very appealing pool, there is plenty of space to relax outside with loungers and a sofa area located under a covered terrace. There is also table tennis - you really will be spoiled for choice in Villa Choli.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide along with 2 steps. The front door has a width of 78cm and other doors that access the pool area are 100cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 100cm wide, the terrace is even, there is 1 step out of any of the villa patio doors and one step down to the pool, the steps are between 10cm and 15cm in height. The garden is made of lawn and is fairly flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. There is 1 step down from the hallway to the sitting room which is 17cm in height. And there is a 17cm high step into the kitchen from lounge area. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide.
