The villa has 1 step for access also with a 95cm wide path. The front door has a width of 119cm and any other doors to access the pool area have a width of 119cm. paths from the villa to the pool are 95cm wide. There is a slope with 1 step from villa to driveway and 1 step onto the path, the down to the pool and garden is a little uneven and the grass is sloped down towards the pool area. The pool has roman steps for entrance. The kitchen and 1 bedroom are on the ground floor, the living area is up 3 steps and further bedrooms are downstairs. The steps into the living room are 18cm. the widest bedroom door is 57cm which is on the ground floor along with the widest bath/shower room being 70cm wide also on the ground floor. Resort Description
Estepona is the epitome of the Costa del Sol. This beautiful whitewashed town features a mountain backdrop and winding cobbled streets. There's a great mix of traditional Spanish charm and a modern buzz here, with Spanish delicacies such as tapas on the menu as well as pretty marina with cocktail bars and boutique shops. You're spoiled for choice with beaches in this region too - and El Cristo Beach just outside of the town holds the prestigious Blue-Flag status making it great for families.

The villa is fantastic for a large family holiday. There are a number of areas to sit outside, some in shade and others in the sun which suits all. The pool and jacuzzi were super and the BBQ area was great for family dining. There was support on hand if needed and pre- arrival information was excellent. A car is ideally needed, however, Estepona and local shops are a short drive away. Would highly recommend it!

The villa was large, quirky (in a good way) and well positioned, although a hired car is essential (most things within 10 minute drive). Some of the inside space needs updating (locks on bathroom doors for example) but everything was comfortable. The pool and bbq area were excellent and the best we have experienced. Lynda (Solmar rep) was very responsive to any issues we raised.

The location of this villa spoilt our holiday a little. The main A7 road has a bus stop which is 5 min walk however the busses run every 2 hours! The last bus leaving the beautiful Estepona marina at 8pm. The restaurant that’s near by is a walk over the main road overhead bridge or underpass then a walk through a dark area which wasn’t a pleasant walk. If you hire a car then perfect. The supermarket involves crossing the main road if you do not hire a car. The villa is beautiful. We have used Solmar villas before and will use them again. Many thanks, a beautiful villa but not for those who want to walk to bars or restaurants, we used the local taxis.

The villa was excellent, with lots of space, all the equipment you would want, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, large fridge/freezer etc plus aircon in all rooms and very clean and bright. Also decent WiFi connection. Lovely large gardens with a great swimming pool, Jacuzzi, plus an outdoor bar / dinning area by the built in barbecue with sink & fridge. There are at least 4 separate outside areas to sit and relax in all with with plenty of room for 5/6 people each. You will definitely need a car as there is very little within walking distance, no bars and I think 1 restaurant. There is a very busy dual carriageway just at the end of the road (note that there is some noise from the road to be heard at the villa but not really intrusive. There are supermarkets just about 1 km down the road all really well stocked. If you like seafood try the Mercator, lots of great fresh fish, langoustines etc. A taxi to the Estepona marina is about 10 euros each way if you fancy a night out without the car. However, with the big barbecue and well equipped kitchen you don't need to go far Great views of the sea from the terraces and gardens.
