You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

Villa Barclay Overview
Villa Barclay is a pretty and traditional Spanish villa, located in an up-market urbanization and very close to the golden sandy beach of Saladillo. Inside the villa is very comfortably furnished throughout and comes complete with WiFi, air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms and UK TV including BBC, ITV, and Channel 4. Outside leads you to a private walled garden which is great for families and offers you that extra bit of intimacy. There is a covered terrace with dining facilities and a delightful private swimming pool set within mature gardens. All amenities are conveniently located close to Villa Barclay including the beautiful sandy beach and two trendy beach bars just a short 150 metre stroll away.There are also two large supermarkets, a selection of bars, shops and restaurants all within walking distance making this a true car optional villa. This is the perfect place to stay for beach lovers.

To access the villa there is a path which is 86cm wide along with 1 step. The front door has a width of 79cm and the other door that accesses the pool area is the kitchen door which is 71cm wide. The garden is paved but a little uneven and the pool has roman steps to enter. All the bedrooms have a door width of 68cm and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 59cm wide. Resort Description
Estepona is the epitome of the Costa del Sol. This beautiful whitewashed town features a mountain backdrop and winding cobbled streets. There's a great mix of traditional Spanish charm and a modern buzz here, with Spanish delicacies such as tapas on the menu as well as pretty marina with cocktail bars and boutique shops. You're spoiled for choice with beaches in this region too - and El Cristo Beach just outside of the town holds the prestigious Blue-Flag status making it great for families.

Excellent location, in close proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The villa’s facilities were great, plenty of room, comfortable, clean which made for a very enjoyable and relaxing family holiday. The villa’s garden was beautifully kept and well looked after , as was the pool, I would highly recommend this holiday.

Nice and very reasonably sized villa close to shops, restaurants and beach. Walled garden worked perfectly for our young children and made it private. Villa was clean and the price was very reasonable so in the main was in line with our expectations. a great place to stay.
