- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.
- You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but no limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.

As we were sitting on the smart and salubrious outdoor sofas, overlooking the extensive colourful gardens with its inviting infinity swimming pool, it was ever so satisfying gazing out over the fine-looking golf course as the players approached the final green and that fabled 19th hole for a refreshing and well-deserved drink in the charming little clubhouse, which we are delighted to advise is open to non-members. Being a mere 150 metres stroll downhill, we feel certain that our clients will make good use of this amiable facility. As you will witness from the portfolio of photos, Casa Los Pinos exudes high levels of quality, comfort and style throughout, it is visibly obvious that no expense has been spared in providing one of the finest holiday villas we have ever had the good fortune to visit.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide along with 4 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 150cm wide and other doors that access the pool area are 130cm wide. The grounds are a mixture of tile and grass and the pool has roman steps to enter. Inside the villa grounds is fair even, outside the villa there is a slope to the nearby restaurant. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 68cm wide which can be either of the bedrooms and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is also 68cm wide which can be either of the bathrooms. Resort Description
Estepona is the epitome of the Costa del Sol. This beautiful whitewashed town features a mountain backdrop and winding cobbled streets. There's a great mix of traditional Spanish charm and a modern buzz here, with Spanish delicacies such as tapas on the menu as well as pretty marina with cocktail bars and boutique shops. You're spoiled for choice with beaches in this region too - and El Cristo Beach just outside of the town holds the prestigious Blue-Flag status making it great for families.

The villa is well sized with a nice pool overlooking the golf course. The location is OK and within a short drive of a few different supermarkets and restaurants. Some of the equipment was dated and didnt function as advertised, but that would not stop us from staying again.

The villa was excellent! The mattress in the master bedroom could do with updating as my 45 year old son has a bad back and ended up in the small room with his son. Only minor adjustments as this is a fantastic villa in a gorgeous setting.

Excellent villa with pool and a wonderful view very close to a 9-hole golf course. You could just take the golf clubs and walk to the first tee. Wonderful outer places for sun, bath and relax.

Our stay at Villa Casa Los Pinos was fabulous great size and wonderful views, loved the infinity pool. We are a bit boring don’t really do much exploring but we love watching movies have to say the tv choice was great very unexpected. Would highly recommend this villa
