You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Can Burjats is a modern designed villa located in a peaceful small urbanization in Mont-ras just outside of Palafrugell.
This four bedroom detached property is modern, spacious and built on one level. Inside consists of a spacious living room with access to a chill out area and the main terrace, a specious and fully equipped kitchen and a hallway which leads down to the bedrooms all with exterior access to the garden from the rooms. The spacious lawned garden is perfect for families with the inviting private swimming pool set in the centre.
The charming beach resorts of Calella de Palafrugell and Tamariu can also be reached within a 10 minute drive.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a wide path which leads to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 110cm and other doors that access the pool area are 93cm wide. The grounds are flat. All the bedroom doors on the ground floor are 70cm wide and all the bathroom doors on the ground floor are 70cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 93cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 200cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Located 4km inland lies the pretty town of Palafrugell which acts as an access point for a collection of charming beach spots including Tamariu, Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell. The latter is one of the Costa Brava's favourites, with golden sands lined with palm trees enticing you to while away the days. Calella is a modern resort with all the facilities you could need to enjoy a family break, including cafés, restaurants and shops. There is also the old part of the town with its narrows streets and church of Santa Maria. Our villas are located near to the town of Palafrugell itself, which has been transformed into a lively tourist area which combines culture and commerce thanks to its pedestrianised area filled with restaurants, shops, bars and museums. This region is home to some of the Costa Brava's hidden treasures and Palafrguell is no exception!
