The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.

- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.

Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood on the outskirts of Lloret de Mar and just three-kilometres from Canyelles beach, this beautiful property offers the perfect location for a family villa holiday in the Costa Brava. Thanks to its elevated location on the hillside, this sleek and contemporary villa is in a prime position to enjoy panoramic sea views, enhanced by floor-to-ceiling windows, sliding glass doors and several outdoor terraces.
The three-storey house comprises two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a large island and dining table, and an adjacent living room leading to a spacious terrace, ideal for alfresco breakfasts with a bay-view backdrop. The house sleeps six guests comfortably; there are two double bedrooms, one of which is split into an office with gym equipment and terrace access. The third bedroom is themed for children with a bunk bed and shared terrace access.
Outside, a private pool, a fully equipped play area for children and a pergola with a barbecue and dining furniture make up the sizeable garden plot. The villa is a short drive away from the centre of Lloret del Mar and a stone’s throw from Cala Canyelles, a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava coast distinguished for its pretty beachside restaurants and crystalline water. Try your hand at parasailing, water-skiing or canoeing, or rent parasols and sun loungers for a day of leisure. Just ten kilometres away from the villa is Tossa del Mar, a charming fortified Medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and scenic beaches.
