You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

We loved the private villa location, the covered outdoor deck area with BBQ for meals etc, and the gated pool area with excellent loungers. Sa Riera is a delightful quiet small resort with a fabulous beach for families with children. The local supermarket stocked everything we needed and the local restaurants suited our needs. Sophie, the local representative, was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. She helped us to have a wonderful family week away.

Lovely traditional Spanish villa, the outside space and pool area are excellent. We had a power cut and the owner came immediately and sorted it out for us. The drive is very steep ,so glad we had a car even though its a fairly quick walk to the beach and shops.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sa Vinya. Villa was well equipped and maintained and spotlessly clean on arrival. The location is superb, set high up in the surrounding woodland. It felt secluded and private, although it was just a short walk down to the beach, a good supermarket and a handful of good quality restaurants. The Sa Riera beach is beautiful. It is quite a steep walk from the villa to the beach, but perfectly do-able. The photos on the website are a good reflection of the villa, although the outer gardens did look like they could do with a little bit of TLC. The pool area though was immaculate and well maintained. We loved our stay here and would certainly look to return.

The villa was lovely, set in huge grounds, beautiful pool which was well maintained. The location was perfect too. We could walk to the beach, although the return walk was uphill all the way, nevertheless it was great to leave the car at home to go to the beach and to go out in the evening, Sa Riera was great: nice restaurants and the best beach in the area. We also loved Begur with its pedestrianised streets, easy parking and huge choice of lovely restaurants.

Nice, clean, well equipped villa in peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed our stay here, it was wonderful to hear the birds singing all day and the 2 hammocks were well positioned for an afternoon siesta. It took us about 12 minutes to walk down to the beach but the walk back took somewhat longer as it's uphill and the road up to the villa is really quite steep and not for the faint hearted! There are a few restaurants and bars at the beach although there is a much bigger selection in Begur. There is a bus (€1each) from Sa Riera beach up to Begur which is useful in the evenings if you don't want to drive although they stop running at 8 pm so you need to get a taxi back (€15).

The location is excellent, close to the beach but up a very steep hill towards the villa. The resort is very small, quiet, family oriented, perfect for a quiet holiday away from it all. The villa is in its own wooded grounds and is not overlooked.
