You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Montemar boats a privileged elevated position on the outskirts of the delightful seaside village of Moraira and is within an easy ten minute drive to the shops, bars, restaurants and the coves of Baladrar and Abogat situated along the ruggedly beautiful Benissa coast. Constructed over three levels, this would be the perfect choice for large family gatherings or groups of friends travelling together, as there is an abundance of sun terraces and chill out areas scattered throughout the property, as well as the villas main focal point, the attractive large private swimming pool. With such an interesting layout, and with glorious views to savour, it is highly likely that many days will be spent relaxing around the villa, however, should your roaming instincts get the better of you, the beautiful coastline and the charming resorts of both Moraira and Calpe can both be reached in less than twenty minutes by car.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a driveway and 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 69cm wide and other doors that access the pool area are the large patio doors. The grounds are flat but the villa is at the bottom of a very steep lane and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 69cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 69cm wide.
