You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Campo Bajo Overview
This delightful one-storey villa is situated in a private and tranquil location close to the area of Tarraula, just five kilometres from Javea’s centre, port and beachfront. The homely property offers a careful blend of character and charm with stylish furnishings and sociable living areas. The lounge has comfortable sofas centred around a gorgeous fireplace, along with full-length sliding doors leading to the garden which allow plenty of light to flood in. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests’ use, offering a laid-back country style that you can make yourself at home in. There are also three bedrooms – the perfect places to recharge and unwind after long days exploring the Costa Blanca.
Drink in your serene surroundings from the terrace, where you can bask in the sunshine on one of the loungers, enjoy alfresco barbecues and cool off from the Spanish sun in the private pool. Our favourite part of the exterior is the thatched gazebo and hammock, set on a raised decking area at the end of the garden. With its billowing white drapes and daybed, the pergola provides the perfect space for you and your guests to relax and keep cool… and you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into a tropical Balinese resort!
Villa Campo Bajo is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from Javea Golf Club and five kilometres from the centre of Javea. The golden-sand Arenal Beach is also close by, inviting visitors to take a dip in its shallow waters courtesy of the pleasant Mediterranean climate. It also backs onto a lively seafront promenade full of local shops, bars and restaurants.
