The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.
Terms and Conditions
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' applies to bookings for arrival between 1st May 2021 and 31st December 2021 only.
- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.
- You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but no limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.

Villa Limones Overview
Villa Limones is located in the exclusive Cometa III urbanization set just above the bustling and lively resort of Calpe. This stunning villa offers panoramic views from its elevated position.
The villa is set over two levels. Leading through the main entrance will lead you into the spacious lounge area with dining facilities, separate kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. An exterior stairway will lead you down to two separate apartments each with a lounge and kitchenette, a bedroom with a shower room. Villa Limones has been furnished thoughtfully to a very high standard by its proud owner and comes complete with air-conditioning in the main lounge and all of the bedrooms. Downstairs, the air-conditioning units in the lounges will cool the whole open-planned apartments. WiFi is also available as well as UK TV channels and table tennis for the family. Their is a Rattan table and chairs and comfortable seating for those relaxing evenings with the family.
A large 12m Roman shaped swimming pool set in a mature garden with decking to the side, giving plenty of choice of where to sunbathe.
**Ground Floor Annexes both have a separate exterior access.

Resort Description
The Peñon de Ifach rock dominates the skyline over the bustling resort of Calpe and is a fabulous landmark overlooking the town’s fine sandy beaches below. There’s a great balance of tourist attractions and local Valencian charm here, with a chic restaurant-filled harbour, three Blue-Flag beaches and a multitude of shops and bars. Many of our Calpe villas are within walking distance of the seafront and the lively resort centre, making them the ideal base to discover this delightful part of Spain.

We have stayed in dozens of villas over the last 15 years and this is the best value and the only one which has enough seating, sunbeds and general equipment for the number of guests it caters for. It was spotless, fully equipped and we could not find any faults. The grounds were beautiful, several areas to sit and eat or drink . The pool was very large and clean with comfortable sun beds on the decking and a few parasols. We will definitely be returning next year. (The villa has many steps so is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues who would want to go in the pool.) It was a five minute drive to the supermarkets and ten minutes to Calpe which has a beautiful promenade and many lovely restaurants. We found this resort quieter and more upmarket than Benidorm. Honestly the best value villa we have ever been to, we really enjoyed relaxing at this top quality villa, with spectacular views .
