- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.
- You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but no limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.

Villa Bienvenido Overview
Villa Bienvenido is an impressively large villa, commanding a truly fabulous position within walking distance from the shops, restaurants and magnificent sandy beaches of Calpe. With generously proportioned rooms, a wonderful private swimming pool and beautiful established grounds, the opportunities for lazing around in the sun are endless. The front terrace is a particularly pleasant spot to relax in, with lovely sweeping views out towards Calpe, a scene that really livens up in the evening with the kaleidoscope of colours glowing from the colourful shopping streets and vibrant promenade. With the shops, restaurants and café bars of Calpe all within easy walking distance, a car is largely unnecessary, but we do highly recommend renting one, as the beautiful coastline is well worth exploring.Â

Mobility Statement
Two large gates open onto the drive, after this there is a ramp up to the front door (door 80cm wide) with a step (20cm high). Once inside the villa there is an archway (82cm wide) leading into the kitchen, dining and living areas. There are sliding doors in the main living areas (102cm wide) which have a small rim to step over onto the outdoor terrace. There are 5 steps down to the pool area from here and roman steps into the pool. You can also access the pool via the driveway. Inside there are 2 twin bedrooms and one double bedroom on the ground floor (all doors 68cm wide). There is also a bathroom and shower room on the ground floor (both doors 68cm). A great villa in a quiet residential location, clean, well maintained, and with everything required for a comfortable stay. The villa is within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities, but a car is definitely recommended. The booking process was extremely straightforward and communication from Solmar Villas was excellent.

This villa is fairly private by the pool , it has five double bedrooms so plenty of space , kitchen a little small and the dishwasher doesn’t open fully due to fridge unit in the way but otherwise functional kitchen. There is a ramp to the front door and one step up into the villa so wheel chair friendly ish outside area is lovely pool clean no hand rail into the pool but nice shelved steps down into the water. Balconies lookout to the superb view of the rock The resort of Calpe is lovely place many place to eat beach is sandy and flat , From the villa there are a couple of restaurants on the Main Street down towards the front which are very nice . Car is needed if your mobility is limited if not then you can walk to most facilities like shops and bars .

Plenty of space (for us as 5 adults) and great pool and bbq. Good kitchen equipment with dishwasher, over, hob, 2 large fridge freezers, washing machine etc. Off street parking for multiple cars. Easy and not steep walk to Calpe La Fosa beech promenade with its restaurants and bars. Good Consum supermarket (better than Mercadona!) close by.

The villa was so spacious and well equipped so 4 generations could happily holiday here! The pool was fabulous and was well used during our stay.The walk to the beach front took 15 minutes . The outside dining table and chairs are a little tired but still fit for purpose so wasn't a problem All in all a fabulous air conditioned villa which we all loved!!
