The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.
Terms and Conditions
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' applies to bookings for arrival between 1st May 2021 and 31st December 2021 only.
- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.
- You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but no limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.

Solmar Villas welcome you to the beautiful Villa Salsa. A brand new build in the prestigious neighbourhood of Capistrano. A pleasant walk downhill into the centre of Nerja, this modern day villa is quirky in its design, reflecting modern day living both inside and out, with its grey washed walls and square design on the outside, along with its minimalistic design on the inside. As you step into this property, you are greeted by a very light and airy lounge area that leads out onto your own private pool with a view of the surrounding countryside. The kitchen has all modern day appliances and there are comfy sofas that look out onto the inviting swimming pool.
With an ultra-modern glass staircase and dotted with lots of big windows, Villa Salsa feels light and airy throughout and offers beautiful views of both the mountains and the glorious Mediterranean Sea.
The first floor has a separate white finished bathroom, presenting you with a luxury hydro massage bath as well as a separate walk in shower. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and has a generous terrace overlooking the pool and the countryside. It has the added bonus of a walk in wardrobe. The twin bedroom offers a small terrace with a sea view, perfect to sit out in the morning before the day heats up.
Back downstairs and the lounge comes with a large flat screen TV and all international channels to make it feel like home from home. Head downstairs to the lower ground floor for more entertainment where you will find the pool table. There is also a separate shower room and here is where you will find the third bedroom with external access from the house as well as internal, this is perfect for those wanting that extra bit of privacy.
We think you will love this villa but be sure to get out and about and visit all that the beautiful Andalucía town of Nerja has to offer including it’s beautiful beaches, viewpoints and local restaurants. Should you hire a car whilst in Nerja, the up and coming city of Malaga is a short 40 minute drive away. The home of Picasso, offering museums and a whole lot of culture and with a recently constructed dock area full of trendy restaurants, Malaga is a must see.
