Located in the prestigious Parador neighbourhood in the beautiful Andalucian town of Nerja, it is the jewel in the crown of our new Parador collection – a beautiful row of four villas (Valeria, Suero, Bonilla and Catalina) all just a seven minute walk to Nerja’s famous Burriana Beach and only 1km to Balcon de Europa. With spectacular views, you really could not ask for more.
Offering an impressive seven bedrooms, four bathrooms and 2 ensuites, this is the perfect place for groups of couples/friends or numerous families to enjoy. Taking centre stage outdoors is the impressive 10m pool which will keep you entertained for hours on end. The outside also offers relaxing loungers to soak up the glorious sun as well as comfortable seating in the semi-covered terrace for those wanting some respite from the sun's rays. There is also an inviting dining area; perfect for enjoying some alfresco dining whenever the mood takes you, using the villa’s portable barbecue on offer.
As you enter the villa, you are greeted by an extremely luminous open plan living room and kitchen offering plenty of comfortable seating and various forms of home entertainment. The kitchen offers all amenities for everything you may need; perfect for trying your hand at some Spanish tortilla! It is finished to a fantastic standard, offering that lovely new build feel.
On the ground floor also, you will find two twin bedrooms, all high spec and with built in wardrobes as well as a separate shower room. Make your way upstairs where you will find the remaining five bedrooms; two doubles with ensuite showers (both leading out onto the spacious terraces) and three twins, boasting both pool and sea views in this beautiful gem of a property.
This really is a fantastic property with a location that is second to none. Getting around Nerja is an absolute must whilst staying in Villa Catalina. You have Burriana Beach just on your doorstep where you have an array of local restaurants to choose from and try. You have Nerja centre just a short walk away where you can find many a side street café, perfect for sitting down after a day of shopping and watching the world go by. And to top it all off, this villa is very much car optional should you not wish to hire a car whilst in Nerja.

To access the villa there is a parking gate which is 250cm wide, a normal gate which is 73cm wide and 3 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 109cm and other doors that access the pool area which is the living room door which are 135cm and 80cm and the dining room door which is 80cm wide. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide which is the single room with the two beds and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 60cm wide which is the shower room. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The villa is in a great location and has enough space for 11 adults to share the space without feeling like we were on top of one another. It was very clean and had everything we required. The villa has a parking space but it is tight so if you are going to rent a car, choose a small one. The pool was perfect to cool down in and the outside space had plenty of sun beds.

Villa Catalina is in a great location and the outdoor area is fantastic. The villa was perfect for our family group of four adults and five teenagers. Nerja itself is brilliant, a really really lovely resort with great restaurants, shops, beaches and water sports. We would definitely return!

Lovely villa. Very spacious, ideal for a large group. In a very good location to access Burrianna beach , the old town and many restaurants. Also good access for shops, supermarkets, the bus station and taxi rank ( so ideal if you want to explore the area a little more ) We would definitely return to this property. Lastly Solmar Villas are an excellent company to book with. Claudia their representative in Nerja couldn't do enough to help us so a big thankyou to her!

The Villa was everything we had wanted for our family holiday. It was clean and modern, lovely bedrooms and wonderful bathrooms, all very roomy. The pool was a good size and accommodated all of us. The staff at Solmar were very professional in the UK and Spain, booking was hassle free. There were 11 of us with an age range of 5yrs to 67yrs, and the size of the accommodation was perfect for us. We were walking distance for the beach, supermarket, restaurants and evening strolls into the town square. Nerja is a beautiful Spanish town with lots to offer.

Villa Catalina was a great villa to stay. Location was excellent and the town of Nerja is family friendly . The villa is spacious Inside as is the outside area. It is well equipped and any issues were sorted quickly by the Solmar Team. We had a few issues with the power going off but this was rectified very quickly. As a party of 14 we would highly recommend villa Catalina to others.
