The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.
Terms and Conditions
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' applies to bookings for arrival between 1st May 2021 and 31st December 2021 only.
- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.
- You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but no limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.

Villa Lisa Overview
Villa Lisa is a delightful 3 bedroom villa located in an enviable position, close to the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen which is only a 10 minute walk away. Beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants serving traditional and international types of cuisine and plenty of shops are all within easy access - it would be hard to find a more desirable location. All amenities are within easy walking distance so this villa would be perfect for those not wanting to hire a car on holiday. For customers wanting to explore this volcanic Island, Puerto Calero, Playa Blanca and the capital Arrecife are easily accessible with the islands frequent bus services.
Inside Villa Lisa you will find the interior has been stylishly furnished throughout, with all expected facilities. The villa has been designed all on one level, giving you ease to move freely between all rooms and the outside areas - this villa would be suitable for someone with walking difficulties. The master double room has a full bathroom en suite and the other 2 twin rooms share another Shower Room. There is a large living area with dining facilities and two comfortable sofas with a large TV which includes a selection of TV stations, including BBC1,2,3, ITV and CH4. The villa also comes with free WiFi throughout the property for those wanting to access social media. The lounge opens out to a pergola terrace area with additional dining table and chairs, sea views and your private pool surrounded by a fully enclosed private garden, pool terrace and BBQ, perfect to entertain your party alfresco whilst in respite from the hot Canarian sunshine.

Excellent villa, although it is up the hill from the old harbour. The only negatives are that the television doesn't have good reception every day, and there are no residual stocks of basic items in the kitchen eg washing up liquid, salt, kitchen towels etc. Everything else was very good, the pool heating excellent, lots of sun beds, and a good view of the sea from the patio. Would definitely hire again.

Fantastic villa - lots of space with large bedrooms & an en suite to the master. Everything you need is supplied, from hairdryer to washing machine. Pool is lovely & sun beds etc all in great condition. Rep was really helpful but not intrusive at all. Nice to be away from the main strip but easy walk to lovely shops & restaurants. Only negative would be the noise from the road when sitting outside & with a footpath along the fence as people walked past. Would definitely recommend & will stay again
