You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Upon entry to the villa, you'll be greeted by chic design and comfortable furniture, enough to accommodate everyone. The modern and generously sized living space comprises a huge dining table running between the cosy lounge area and sleek contemporary kitchen space. Enjoy views of the pool area thanks to the large glass doors offering easy access to the terrace or snuggle up on the sofa and enjoy some satellite TV after a long day. All bedrooms are bright and welcoming with delightful home touches to make you feel at home. They can all be cooled with either fan or air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay day and night. The pool which can be heated* during the summer months has roman steps and is surrounded by tropical gardens that run around the grounds. We imagine you'll spend most of your time out in the terrace area as there's plenty to keep you occupied; pool table, sun loungers, parasols, and also comfy seating/dining areas ideal for gathering for meals or drinks.
Juliet Sol is in a reserved residential area on the cliffs above the old town. Explore the harbour where Puerto del Carmen's story began as a humble fishing village and now offers incredible restaurants, bars, and shops for tourists and locals alike. You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to cuisine as restaurants offer local delicacies and also international dishes. Take a walk along the clifftops down to the sandy beaches which stretch across in golden bliss.
