Solmar Villas are extremely excited to present to you Villa Esperanza, our latest Lanzarote arrival in the heart of Puerto del Carmen! It is very rare to find a villa that offers both space and location and this delightful gem does just that.
Offering 7 spacious bedrooms with plenty of outdoor space and being just a 5-minute walk to the island’s trendy Biosfera shopping centre as well as a mere 5-minute walk to the beach, this car optional villa really does have it all.
As you step into Villa Esperanza you will be greeted by authentic meets modern, with the villa having maintained some of its original features whilst offering the ultimate in comfy sofas and a colourful modern décor.
Downstairs you will find a very generous sized, stylish living room that leads through to the dining area and also offers another chill out area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need for your stay and also has extra seating for dining. There are 2 downstairs bedrooms on the ground floor for your convenience; 1 twin and 1 double both offering ample space. The downstairs generally remains cool and these bedrooms offer a fan, rather than air conditioning.
Upstairs you will find the remaining 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and consisting of two twin rooms, one of which boasts a terrace with beautiful sea views and the other complemented with an ensuite bathroom. There are also 3 double rooms including the master bedroom which also offers stunning sea views plus a very spacious ensuite bathroom. The first floor is completed with a separate ample bathroom.
As beautiful as Villa Esperanza is, we know you don’t want to spend your days stuck indoors. Head outside and you will be struck by a generous sized pool and plenty of space where you can simply relax on the sun loungers and soak up the sublime sun or enjoy a game of pool for the more active amongst you. Offering a great, built in brick BBQ, this villa is fantastic to spend an evening or two with a glass of vino, chatting with your nearest and dearest and dining alfresco, what could be better?
If cooking isn’t your thing whilst on holiday, you certainly won’t be stuck for choice in Puerto del Carmen with its array of fantastic restaurants on offer be it fish, meat or plant based, there is something for everyone on this beautiful volcanic Island.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. Leading into the property there is a steep drive with external stairs with a rope handrail. To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide along with 13 steps up to the villa although there is also ramp access to the front door. The front door has a width of 79cm wide and other doors that access the pool area is the kitchen door which is 79cm wide. The area around the pool has a slope and there is a wall at the side of the pool. There are two bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 79cm wide and the door into the lounge is 100cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The villa was large with plenty space. The tiles downstairs were all loose and dangerous, the windows and doors were rotten and would not close right, the fridge didn't really work, the dishwasher didn't clean anything, the kitchen is unusable for the size of the house and the cabinets were in bad condition. the steps at the front of the house were difficult to manoeuvre for 3 push chairs (we did ask for a key to the gate with the ramp, but this was not given). Overall the villa needs updating and modernising.

Beautiful villa just 5 minutes walk away from the beach with plenty of shops and bars . Villa is large with a beautiful pool. oven ,hob,toaster,microwave all the things you need .Beautiful covered canopy so you could look at the view of the see while sitting in the shade. Absolutely loved this villa and would book it again one day . Solmar villas were always there on the end of a phone if we needed them .

This is the second time we have visited Lanzarote & Villa Esperanza as a family & it suits us very well being in the centre, between the old town for the older folk & the beach for the teenagers, although they enjoyed the pool area where they could sunbathe & have fun in the pool. Being near the shopping centre & shops for food was very convenient too.

It was an ideal choice for our family comprising 7 adults and 4 children. It was a family holiday with my 3 children and their spouses and my grandchildren. It was well equipped and spotlessly clean when we arrived. It was big enough for us all to feel comfortable and not crowded. Overall, it suited us very well and we all enjoyed our time there together.

This Villa Esperanza is very comfortable, large, clean. well equipped kitchen. the pool was heated, and we swam all day. the beach and the Central promenade with cafes and bars are 5 minutes ' walk away, it was very convenient for us.
