The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.

- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' applies to bookings for arrival between 1st May 2021 and 31st December 2021 only.
- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.
- You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but no limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.

Villa Cilla is a delightful villa, located less than a 15 minute stroll from the lively and popular beach resort of Puerto del Carmen. Positioned in a privileged elevated plot, the views from here are truly outstanding, we envisage that many a day and evening will be spent here in the villas’ hot tub, with a glass of wine to hand, admiring the stunning views whilst supervising the younger family members splashing around in the larger than average private swimming pool below. The interiors of this splendid villa are bright, airy & particularly spacious, perfect for large families or groups of friends traveling together. Should you wish to venture out from this fabulous vantage point, we highly recommend spending a few evenings down in Puerto del Carmen, where you will find a range of excellent restaurants, bars and shops, especially towards the old port area. For those of you who enjoy long evening strolls, the wide pedestrian promenade stretches for a good few miles along this scenic and lively shoreline.

This popular Lanzarote resort might have been a small fishing village once, but if you’re planning a villa holiday in Puerto del Carmen expect a lot more as this tourist hotspot now comes packed with facilities for plenty of family-fun in the sun.
Just a short drive from the airport in Arrecife, this popular town offers an abundance of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as a long stretch of glorious sand for those looking for relaxation. Our villas in Puerto del Carmen are dotted throughout the resort, including in the peaceful area of Los Mojones just a short walk to the seafront.

Cracking location and a nice villa, clean sheets and towels , these were changed by two very helpful ladies halfway through our stay who also had a quick clean whilst they were there, great facilities , warm pool, plenty of space for all 8 of us, well equipped kitchen even had two fridges and a freezer.... ... we had a hassle free booking from Solmar Villas and we throughly enjoyed our week in this lovely villa.

Villa Cilla has the WOW factor. We would have to rate 20 out of 10. Every room was so spacious with beautiful furnishings. All bedrooms had large built in wardrobes that were more than adequate. Bathrooms were beautiful. The entire villa was stunning, set within beautifully maintained grounds with a larger than average pool. The upstairs sun terrace was outstanding and the hot tub and pool table were an added bonus. Beds were very comfortable with lovely linen. Maids arrived half way through our weeks stay and changed all beds, towels and cleaned floors. We were very pleasantly surprised by this. Kitchen was so well equipped with more than anyone could possibly require. Location couldn't have been better with a short 10min stroll to beach front. Absolutely nothing that we could fault apart from having to leave. We are already planning our return visit.
