The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.
Terms and Conditions
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' applies to bookings for arrival between 1st May 2021 and 31st December 2021 only.
- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.
- You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but no limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.

Villa Zafrino Overview
Villa Zafrino is a modern three-bedroom villa in an enviable location near to Rubicon Marina in Playa Blanca. Imagine having superb, harbour front dining under the stars just a pleasant stroll away!
Thoughtfully designed, the villa has stone decking outside with an outdoor dining table, sun loungers and a pool table. The swimming pool is crystal clear, somewhere to cool off from the warm temperatures of the Canaries. Â
The interiors are open plan, with a large, grey corner lounge sofa and glass dining and coffee tables. A glossy, white kitchen hosts everything you’ll need to prepare meals indoors. The bedrooms are light and airy and one of the twin bedrooms along with the master bedroom have direct pool access, through a sliding glass door. There are also two bathrooms, one featuring a shower and the other an bath (ensuite).
When you’re not lounging by the pool, stroll down to the marina and visit the chic boutiques, stopping off for a cool drink along the way. In the evening the area lights up and offers up a tantalizing mixture of live entertainment and fine dining. The coastline is broken up into three bays, which are sheltered and perfect for a swim. At the heart of the resort, Playa Blanca beach lives up to its name with powdery white sand and clear, calm waters.Â

Resort Description

There's an abundance of shopping opportunities in the town as well as a lively night scene, and day trips couldn't be easier - as you have the breath-taking Timanfaya National Park just 15 minutes away, whilst the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura can be reached in a short boat ride from the pretty harbour.

The villa was in a perfectly quite area very clean we were a family of 5 and had more than enough room the pool area was great if we had any negatives it would be the curtains they were very thin and woke everyone up early and as it was a family villa bigger pans and mixing bowels we are already planning our next visit would highly recommend the Humphreys

Villa not quite as described re distance from marina but overall a good experience. Cleaners came to change bedding unannounced and children in bed so they went away and didn't come back! Aside from a couple of minor issues all was good

A great value villa with great facilities. Slightly remote from shops / restaurantsetc and lacking a nice view but otherwise can't fault it. Couple of minor maintenance issues were fixed immediately they were reported. Overall very impressed

In a quiet location, great for relaxation. Spacious, clean interior. The pool table and table tennis were great additions to the property. Enjoyed the benefit of the heated pool in February.

Lovely villa. All the latest modcons. Good quiet location. However I would recommend hiring a car. Taxis are very frequent but because there was 6 in our party we had to get two everytime. Car hire is very cheap and it enabled us to explore more of the island. Would definitely come back.
