The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.

- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' applies to bookings for arrival between 1st May 2021 and 31st December 2021 only.
- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.
- You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but no limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.

Villa Silvana Overview
Villa Silvana is a cosy two bedroom villa with an authentic Canarian feel. It has plenty of light making it bright and airy. The twin bedroom is spacious with an ample built in wardrobe with the master bedroom offering a double bed along with an en-suite for that extra bit of privacy. Much-welcomed Air conditioning also features in the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, perfect for trying your hand at cooking ‘papas arrugadas con mojo verde.' (the local specialty of potatoes with green sauce – delicious!)
The living room is comfy with all your mod cons including a flat screen TV with multiple English channels. There is also a dining table, although Villa Silvana has a quirky dining annex giving you the feeling of dining alfresco whilst still remaining indoors.
Move outside where you will find a larger than usual pool where you can pass the days splashing in the glorious Spanish sunshine (pool towels included) Not only that, this villa has the added luxury of a relaxing hot tub.* If you’re not a water baby, you also have the option of chilling out on the sun loungers and soft lawns. The villa also has a brick built barbecue - a great way to cook in the evenings whilst watching the sun go down.
Not only is this a lovely villa, it is also in an excellent location; Faro Park is close by offering an array of shops, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance and the Rubicon Marina being just a short drive away.

To access the villa, it is open plan path which leads right up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors that access the pool area are 120cm wide. The grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 67cm wide which is the master bedroom and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is also 67cm wide which is the ensuite. The villa was beautiful it was spacious and very tranquil and restful. The garden was so lovely with a warmer than usual heated pool. It had everything you needed in the villa. We thoroughly enjoyed this villa .
The Residencial area was quite a long way from the promenade inPlaya Blanca, however with a car just took 15minutes so not really a issue for us. We actually liked the area as it was so peaceful and safe.
Playa Blanca is by far the best resort on Lanzarote with gorgeous beaches and great choice of restaurants and the lovely Marina Rubicon.

What an amazing place, was a little further away from facilities than we thought, but this gave us a perfect peaceful break away. Car hire I would say is essential, but only €7 into town in a taxi. The pool and hot tub were fabulous (If a little cool). Villa had everything you could need and the beds were fabulous and comfy. Spotlessly clean villa and grounds. Downside, 2 mornings without water, but we did get a card through prior warning us of this. The whole holiday went smoothly from start to finish, including hire car waiting for us at the airport and super welcome pack at the villa which was perfect for a late night arrival. Many thanks Solmar we will definitely be using you again..... The Ashtons Lancashire

Excellent villa exceptionally clean. Kitchen fully kitted out with all essentials. Cleaners even came halfway through our stay with clean towels. Everything was as promised in fact better than advertised. Agent was very helpful and welcoming. Would highly recommend using this company no problems from first contact to leaving.
