You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

This two-bedroom, semi-detached villa is set over one level, comfortably equipped and well-furnished. It benefits from open plan living space with a stylish kitchen and dining facilities, whilst the outside is well-suited to days enjoying the year-round Canarian sunshine. There is a spacious terrace and pool area with an attractive pergola – the perfect spot for a glass of wine with lovely mountain views, whilst dinner is grilled on the barbecue.
Guests will love exploring the Rubicon Marina with its excellent array of amenities. There is a convenient supermarket, an abundance of boutiques and a pretty marina filled with yachts, where you will find lots of restaurant choices offering traditional seafood dishes, tasty tapas and international food. The whole area comes to life of an evening with a mixture of bars and other live entertainment venues. Just a short drive away is the centre of Playa Blanca and for those who love to explore, from here you can take a boat trip over to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.
