- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.

Dream Villa Overview
Dream Villa is a stunning villa that has been furnished by the owner to give Solmar guests an exceptional villa holiday experience. This four bedroom and five bathroom villa is air conditioned throughout and all bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs. The modern and fully equipped kitchen with a large island is open planned to the spacious living area with a large flat screen TV with a Netflix account and games console. The dining table here also converts to a Pool Table for additional family entertainment. Patio doors lead you to your outside living area with a large pergola and corner rattan sofa with a table tennis to entertain all the family. The bespoke free form swimming pool is the highlight of this villa, roman steps lead you in and the swimming pool has a water feature and wraps around the side of the villa which also boasts a sunken hot tub to the side. At the far side of the villa you will find a small gym with a flat screen TV and air-conditioning, here you will also find a small sauna. Relax and enjoy all the facilities this amazing villa has to offer.

We were caught in Coronavirus lockdown therefore confined to the villa apart from food shopping. We enjoyed our stay given the circumstances pool was good and fairly well equipped gym and in general the villa had all we needed.
The rep Julie kept us informed of changing conditions that the Spanish government were introducing. Unfortunately we were told we had to leave 5 days early and presumably lost the cost of 5 days due to leaving early. But we were pleased we had a very nice villa with all the amenities and not trapped in a hotel room. Would recommend this villa strongly.

We loved the decor in the villa and space and the gym was well equipped and very good. The pool was disappointing, by very early afternoon it was completely in the shade. There is little room to play pool around the pool table, making it difficult to play. Overall the villa is very good.

We loved the privacy of the outside space. The villa was well equipped and very clean and had good showers. The hot tub and pool were great. A short walk to the taxi rank or about 35 minute walk to Playa Blanca.

A great ‘dream’ villa with everything that makes it feel like home. The Netflix in the rooms made such a difference for our 2 blended family’s being able to watch different movies in their own rooms during the evening.

A large spacious villa with many extras to keep all entertained. Very modern and luxurious, pool would be on the small side if there is a large party of you although with the additional extras of a childrens area and plunge pool I'm sure all would be catered for.I would note there is no pool table as is listed on the website although everything else is there as listed. I'm not a gym goer but for all you fitness fanatics there looked to be all you required. Sauna is a nice touch and hot tub is a bonus. Overall it's the nicest villa we've stayed in to date and would certainly reccomend. Car definitely required , although there is a taxi rank within walking distance as stated on the website. A great time had by the two of us in this huge villa.
