Book your next villa holiday with confidence, safe in the knowledge that you can either move your dates or receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid if your travel dates are restricted by either FCDO/local government advice advice or local restrictions in your destination country.*
The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.

- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' applies to bookings for arrival between 1st May 2021 and 31st December 2021 only.
- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.
- You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but no limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.

If you love splashing in the pool, then Villa Relax is for you – with its larger than usual pool, it is one of the key features of this pretty 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, located just a 20 minute walk into the centre of bustling Corralejo.Â
As you step into the open plan lounge/diner, you will be greeted by a lovely fusion of beautiful Canarian style wooden, high beamed ceilings mixed with the ultimate modern turquoise touch throughout. This takes you through to the stylish, white gloss kitchen offering all modern day amenities.Â
Villa relax has two beautiful bedrooms with King beds (1 ensuite) with both bedrooms leading out onto the poolside terrace, perfect for sitting outside on those warm evenings
Now for the super spacious pool – with a generous size of 11m x 4m, it is a key feature of the villa and perfect for spending the sunny afternoons playing games or just taking a dip when you need a bit of respite from the glorious Spanish sun. You also have a traditional brick BBQ for those long, relaxing evenings dining alfresco.Â
Should you want to discover what Fuerteventura has to offer, you can venture into the local resort of Corralejo or jump in the car and visit one of the many beautiful sand dunes beaches that this unique island is famous for.

Everything was fine, except that there were no racks in the oven and the bbq had seen better days. This didn't detract from our enjoyment but it did mean we dined out more than we had planned or budgeted for.

The Villa was gorgeous with generous bathrooms and very comfy beds. Lovely large pool with sunbeds around and seating outside for alfresco meals. Outside areas provide sun and shade all day. Kitchen facilities first class. We would definitely come here again. Key pick up and drop off very efficient and I will check out Solmar Villas first on my next holiday.

Excellent property, close to town and the beautiful beaches by the Rui Hotels. I didn't rent a car but used taxis all week. Was happy not to be "in town" Corralejo. The pool was amazing. Kelly Neech, my contact was helpful and responsive. I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend your organization and this property to friends.

The villa was beautiful, very clean and everything you’d need for a relaxing stay. For us the location was a little too far out. With 2 children in tow walking to the Main Street was difficult, thankfully taxis were readily available and not too expensive. It would be really helpful to have a little guide/map in the villa to help get your bearings! Overall a lovely holiday in the sun.
