You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Villa Laurita is situated in a prime area of Caleta de Fuste, within easy reach of its blonde-hued beaches, marina and prestigious championship golf complex. This spacious three-bedroom property has been furnished to a high standard and comes fully equipped with everything you could need for a villa holiday in Fuerteventura.
One of the villa highlights is the generous outdoor area, which comprises of a children’s playground, an alfresco lounge featuring a Buddha and a covered dining terrace overlooking the inviting private swimming pool.
During your stay, you'll be within walking distance of Caleta de Fuste’s main beaches blessed with pale golden sands. They are some of Fuerteventura’s most popular beaches with families as they gently slope into shallow waters and are some of the safest on the island. In this resort you’ll also find a good choice of restaurants and waterfront bars, plus the 18-hole Fuerteventura Golf Club suiting both newbies and pros alike. Some of the best watersports around can be booked at El Castillo harbour built around an 18th Century fortified tower, including scuba diving, sailing and even submarine trips.

Villa was fantastic, lovely big garden and living room for our little one to run about and lots of lovely little touches too like international plugs & toys & games. Host was great too and everything worked perfectly. Only slight thing I would mention is that some of the paths surrounding the villa are in the process of being finished so if you have a young child with a push chair you might find it difficult getting up and down some kerbs.

Really lovely villa and pool, about a 15 minute stroll to the beach and restaurants with a small supermarket a short walk away too. There's been a lot of thought put into making the villa a pleasant place to spend time in, rather than it just being functional. We had a lovely, relaxing week.

Absolutely beautiful Villa. Great location within walking distance of all amenities. This Villa has everything you could possibly need for a great family holiday. Cooking facilities and equipment was excellent. The Welcome pack was ideal for us after a day of travelling. The resort itself is gorgeous. Very safe and not overcrowded. Plenty of beaches to explore and lots of restaurants to choose from.

This villa is beautifully equipped to a high standard. The attention to detail is spot on. The modern quality furniture and accessories throughout the villa is exceptional. Every room has its own unique identity. The owner provided lots of quality additional extras at no extra costs. On arrival the owner Liliana and Kelly the rep me us at the villa to hand over the keys and show us around, straight away we knew that this was going to be a good holiday. Within a couple of hours Kelly our rep messaged to ask if we needed anything and to reassure that help was a phone call away 24/7 then remarkably we had a WhatsApp voice mail from the owner offering the same. What more can someone ask? We have holidayed with Solmar Villas quite a few times and have never been disappointed. We rate this company 10/10 Thank you to everyone involved in making our holiday the success that it was.
