The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.
Terms and Conditions
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' applies to bookings for arrival between 1st May 2021 and 31st December 2021 only.
- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.
- You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but no limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.

Villa Helena Overview
Villa Helena is located not far from the Fuerteventura Golf Course and just a 15 minute walk down to the Paseo Maritimo Promenade, with its selection of local restaurants and beautiful beach. As this villa is listed as car optional, it really is a great choice to either stay local or to get out and about and explore the island.
Back at the villa the pool takes centre stage outside, where you can laze around and soak up the glorious all year round sun of the Canaries.
Inside the villa, you will find comfortable surroundings inviting you to wind down on your Spanish break. The spacious living and dining area offers striking, high-beamed wooden ceilings with all mod cons, along with three bedrooms; one double with ensuite and two twin bedrooms.
Step outside into the villa grounds and enjoy dining al fresco with the traditional brick BBQ after spending the day splashing around in the pool. We doubt it very much, but if you have had enough of hours of fun in the pool, why not venture down to Caleta de Fuste and visit the beach, or jump in the car, head up to Corralejo, and spoil yourself in one of their two impressive shopping centres?

Commonly referred to as 'Costa Caleta', the family-friendly resort of Caleta de Fuste is perched on Fuerteventura's east coastline and has been built around an 18th Century fortified tower and pleasure harbour. Beautiful villa, really spacious, well equipped kitchen including washing machine & dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, spotlessly clean. Lovely garden & Pool which was cleaned regularly. Room cleaned once during the stay where bedding and towels were changed. Location not directly central but only about a 10-15 minute walk to the centre & beaches. A 5 minute walk to some bars/ restaurants in the local area.

We have been villa users for 25 years so feel that we can give a fair and balanced view. This villa provided everything we needed. It was well equipped and everything worked, even the remotes worked (often have flat batteries) Approximately 5 mins uphill walk to local bars etc and 10 mins downhill walk to beach and shopping arcade. Can’t fault anything! We have never returned to a villa because there’s plenty on the market so why would you? However we would definitely return to Vila Helena.

stayed for 2 week. we have stayed in many villas over the years and this was the cleanest ever. villa had everything and would suit 6 [people. only minor concern we did not think the pool was heated sufficiently we did mention it.(a couple of degrees would have made it much more comfortable}. some towels where a bit pass their sell by date. other than that excellent. solmar villas where brilliant through out and would recommend.
