- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.

Villa Juanita Overview
Within a gentle walk of one of the best beaches on the island and the fabulous resort facilities of San Jaime, where you can find a wonderful selection of shops, restaurants and café bars, Villa Juanita is a delightful villa which has guests returning time after time. All on one level this is an ideal villa for those less mobile. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living space with double patio doors leading directly out onto the covered terrace. Once outside the colourful garden is very pleasing to the eye and a truly wonderful place to relax in the evenings. Al fresco meals are a breeze with the brick built barbeque, whilst the inviting private swimming pool will be a big hit with younger members of the family.
**Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd – 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings.

To access the villa there is a path which is 104cm wide along with 2 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 76cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the lounge which are 100cm wide and the side door from the kitchen is 76cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 76cm wide and the grounds are flat/tiled. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 78cm wide which is the bedroom with the ensuite and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 77cm wide which can be either of the bathrooms. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 95cm wide and the door into the lounge are is 70cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Lovely villa with pleasant garden, barbecue and pool area to front, secluded and well equipped. Short walk to restaurants, beach and shops so a car is not strictly necessary, unless you wish to visit other parts of island. Air conditioning in bedrooms is a nice addition.

Villa exceptionally clean and spacious. Pool and eating area fantastic size and outdoor furniture very good quality. Sunbeds much better than the normal plastic ones! Resort is lovely and quiet, beach with gorgeous sand and clear waters.

Rated Excellent. Considering we booked and travelled within two days the service we received from the managing agent was superb. Even though we arrived early they made every effort for us to gain access to the villa without delay and telephoned me for access within the hour of our call to collect the villa keys: We have stayed in Menorca many times over a period of twenty five years and have stayed in Son Bou several times due to it being central for all the island amenities. This particular villa was certaintly the best we have rented in all these years. It have just been re-furbished and was extremely clean.

Rated: Good. The swimming pool and garden are the highlight of this villa but as they are located at the front you are not totally private through the gate area - but still very nice. The local beach is lovely- we would often be at the beach until 8pm. A car is preferable as it is a trek, especially with children to the beach and shops. We used the local taxi firm a lot as we didn't have a car - they speak good English. We ate out mostly in the evenings as the food range in the supermarkets was limited. Lots of restaurants to choose from and there is a nice relaxed feel to the town area. Good restuarants on the beach too. We used the supermarkets for lunch food so that we could relax throughout the day. We were impressed with the maintenance of the garden and pool and pleased that we were provided with a cleaning service twice a week.

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday at Villa Juanita - the villa itself was spacious and we particularly enjoyed the different seating areas outside - sun loungers, comfortable sofa and chairs and the shaded eating area. It was great to be able to walk to bars and restaurants as well as shops and bakery. We also went to the beach at Son Bou on several occasions and loved the crystal clear sea and beach bar.

Villa was nice and spacious, only two of us so was ideal. A pleasant walk to the centre at night, street lights all the way. Safe area. You must try Casa Andrea for a meal. Good beach. Weather was perfect, even in October. We arrived late and the office was still open. Excellent customer service
