The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.

- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.
- You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but no limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.

What a view! This beautiful, five bedroomed detached villa has amazing panoramic views over Son Bou and the glistening Mediterranean Sea. This large villa is perfect for two families or a group of friends travelling together. A unique layout, the ground floor has a bright and spacious living room with patio doors leading directly onto the pool terrace, along with two bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities and a separate family shower room. Upstairs has a large, open plan kitchen-dining room with sunny terrace overlooking the beautiful pool area and the remaining three bedrooms, one en-suite and a family bathroom to share. Outside you will find a spacious pool area surrounded by a lush lawn for the children to play on and ample sun loungers are provided for some R&R under the soothing heat of the summer sun. Out and about, a 15 minutes’ walk takes you to the popular Son Bou resort centre with a variety of bars and restaurants and the wonderful sandy beach is just a little further, perfect for building sandcastles before enjoying a cool drink whilst watching the sun go down.
*Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd – 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings.

To access the villa there is a path which is 95cm wide along with 1 step but there is also ramp access to the front door. The front door has a width of 87cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the lounge which are 202cm wide and the door from the hallway which is 69cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 85cm wide, the grounds are flat/tiled and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 68cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 58cm wide. Lovely villa with stunning views. Pool was a great size for our two families and there were plenty of sunbeds and chairs. We had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with very quickly by our Rep and the villa owner - couldn't have had a more helpful response. Its about a 15 minute walk into Son Bou but there is a supermarket at the end of the road about 5 minute walk. Son bou is a nice small resort with a good selection of restaurants and shops.

Great location with stunning views overlooking the nature reserve and pass that the Mediterranean. Very pleasant pool with plenty of room for sun beds and a large terrace above comfortably seating 10 people around the dining table. Inside had all the amenities of home including a well equipped kitchen and utility. 2 good sized double rooms complete with en-suite and a further 3 twins with ample storage and all had the added bonus of air conditioning Short 15 minute stroll into town which had a good selection of bars and restaurants

Superb villa which impressed all the extended family who stayed. Super private pool and lovely grounds. High level of cleanliness. Only down side, which we look back on with some humour was the water supply pressure. When the pool decides it needs topping up, because it is the lowest point, then it takes all the water pressure. When this happens on a Saturday evening when 5 females are all wanting to take showers, you would think the world was about to come to an end! Humour aside, the rep got in touch with maintenance straight away, but before they could get to us (within an hour) the pool had topped up and pressure in the villa was back to normal. We all want to visit this Villa again for another vacation, which speaks volumes!
