- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.

Casa Bonita Overview
This magnificent detached villa is situated just 500m away from the famous white sands of the Son Bou Beach. It is very comfortably furnished in a modern style and is well equipped throughout. The villa's elevated position offers wonderful panoramic sea and coastal views. The layout of the villa allows you to soak up the views from the living room and while away the days sitting on the large upper terrace or lazing around the pool.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 98cm wide along with a total of 50 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 81cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the lounge which are 137cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 98cm wide, the grounds are flat/tiled and the pool has roman steps with no handrail to enter. A flight of exterior steps leads down from the villa to the pool area, which can also be accessed from the bedroom located down an interior spiral staircase from the lounge. A further flight of exterior steps leads down from the pool area to the street. Inside there are 4 steps up from lounge area to the ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 66cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is also 66cm wide. Villa Casa Bonita is a spacious, well maintained and clean villa and was ideal for our 3 families to occupy. The terrace and pool area is great, with wonderful views of the bay. Son Bou/San Jamie has a great beach that is ideal for children and the resort has a good choice of options for eating and drinking out. It was the perfect venue for a family holiday.
