Book your next villa holiday with confidence, safe in the knowledge that you can either move your dates or receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid if your travel dates are restricted by either FCDO/local government advice advice or local restrictions in your destination country.*
The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.
Terms and Conditions
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' applies to bookings for arrival between 1st May 2021 and 31st December 2021 only.
- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.
- You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but no limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.

Villa Tuduri Overview
Villa Tuduri is a beautiful detached villa located in a prime position in Binibeca within 5 minutes’ walk of local shops, restaurants and bars whilst the beautiful blue flag beach and picturesque resort centre of Binibeca Vell is just a little further. This spacious property has been specially adapted for wheelchair users with all the accommodation on one level. Outside there is a spacious covered terrace with a ramp down to the swimming pool which has roman steps for easy access. Patio furniture and a brick BBQ are provided to enjoy al fresco dining and there are ample sunbeds to lay back, relax and soak up the glorious Menorcan sunshine. The villa has pleasant, mature gardens with lawns and a roof top solarium offering panoramic sea and coastal views.
**Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd – 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings.

A fabulous resort and villa! The location was perfect - no hill to climb (as a senior citizen and with young grandchildren); so very convenient for local shops, village centre and beach at Binibeca Nou. The villa is the best we have ever stayed in.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Tuduri and found it to be a reasonably peaceful location close to local amenities. Hiring a car is an advantage for getting around and exploring the rest of the island as the roads are not too busy. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the pool and local restaurants, especially the one on the beach at binibequer.

Wonderfully quiet villa, yet only 5 mins walk to either beach or restaurants. Only 1 min walk to the shop. The outdoor space is what makes the villa really fantastic. Under cover casual seating and eating area overlooking your own private pool. The resort is fairly quiet and consists of a handful of restaurants & shops. There’s a fantastic bar/ restaurant called Bambu that’s 2 mins walk away. There’s a road train that goes to Punta Prima that was fun to do one evening. There’s a water park that you can visit 7 mins by road train or drive that was fun as a day out. It’s attached to a hotel.
