You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Binirubi Overview
The south coast of Menorca is dotted with hidden coves and tranquil areas providing the ultimate escape for those wishing to get away from the main tourist crowds. Bini Rubi is a stunning villa nestled in the pretty seaside area of Bini Dali, with a chic café bar at the end of the road and a delightful sandy cove a short stroll away. With comfort and style in mind the villa has been furnished to very high standards, large soft sofas dominate the living room for that all important chill out time, while outside the comfortable seating area provides the ultimate rest and relaxation after taking a dip in the cool waters of the private swimming pool. For those who wish to explore, a ten minute drive takes you to nearby resort Binibeca with numerous shops, bars and restaurants and just five minutes inland is the charming local town of San Climente where you can find a mini-market, bars and bakeries.

To access the villa there is a path which is a car width wide which leads to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the lounge. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 80cm wide, the grounds are flat/even and the pool have steps with no handrail to enter. All the bedroom doors have a width of 70cm and all the bathroom doors have a width of 70cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 90cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 90cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Everything was fantastic . You were really helpful especially Sarah who got us late check out and changed our airport taxi times . My only comment would be tell people on the website the pool isn’t heated . Maybe ok in high season but think I would of tried to get one with heated pool

My teenaged grandsons and I have recently returned from a fantastic holiday at Villa Binirubi in Binidalí, Menorca. The villa was exactly as described and, if anything, surpassed our expectations. This villa has everything necessary for a totally stress-free, relaxed break which is just what was needed as we celebrated a 16th birthday and the end of GCSEs. The villa is equipped with more than enough bedding, towels and kitchen equipment and having the washing machine meant we were able to travel light and not return home with the dreaded "holiday wash-pile"! The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing in the sunshine while the boys swam in the pool. The boys have already been asking to visit again!

The villa has a wonderful location, a quiet neighbourhood and close to some stunning scenery of the coast that’s within walking distance and a pretty little cove. The villa had everything we needed good facilities and storage with plenty of outdoor furniture. We would highly recommend this villa and will be back.

We loved the villa and the location as we enjoy peace and quiet. The supermarket at Saint Climent is great for everyday items, and the local restaurant is excellent and used by the locals, so that says it all. The pool was cleaned regularly, towels changed midweek and the bathrooms cleaned. We stayed for 2 weeks and would go back. Only 2 downsides no air conditioning in the lounge which at night was a little stifling, and the oven needs attention as heat escapes through the oven door which made me me yelp on a couple of occasions. Showers are fabulous and outside space perfect. Local coves are a must, as are visits to Mahon and Citudella` Simply loved it. !

Villa is in a quiet location and is ideal for a relaxing holiday with the family. Small but picturesque sandy beach a few minutes walk from the Villa. There are a number of supermarkets about 5 - 10mins from the Villa which have all that you need for an enjoyable holiday. Not far from the main ME1 road which allows you to easily explore Memorca and the transit time from the airport is only about 10 mins.

Absolutely beautiful villa, well maintained, spacious and modern. Binidali is a very quiet and picturesque little village with larger and more individual styled properties in the area. The local beach bar has stunning views of the sea and sunset, and is a lovely place to relax both day and night. For those who love the sunshine, villa Binirubi does not see any sunshine after around 6pm due to its position. This was the only disappointing aspect of our holiday and for this reason alone we would not book to stay here again. Having said that, the villa itself is one of the best we’ve stayed in on the island. Binibeca is a short 10 minute drive away and has more by the way of shops and restaurants, and for those who love the evening sunshine, the fishing village at Binibeca Vell is a wonderfully picturesque and unique place to visit.

Our villa (Binirubi, Binidali) was a stunning modern villa which has more than enough room to accommodate a large family with a big pool and surrounding astro turf garden. If you are looking for a remote setting, Binidali is very quiet and out of the way with there being only one locks resturaunt, the closest shops being Binibeca which is a ten minute drive away.
