- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.

Villa Tin Tres Overview
Tin Tres is one of a few top quality houses which enjoy this privileged position. Situated on the hillside just above Arenall D’en Castell with views across the green countryside to the sparkling ocean below.
Adjacent to the roomy sun terrace, the stone-built barbecue with lovely shady pergola and dining area is a particular highlight and an ideal focal point for Al Fresco living.
The lovely villages of Na Macaret (1km) and Port Addaia (1.2km), offering a comprehensive assortment of restaurants, bars and activities is only a twenty minute walk away. Menorca's recently extended Golf Course at Son Parc is just a few minutes' drive away. The lovely fishing village of Fornells with its superb fish restaurants and narrow streets is also nearby. Tin Tres is located next door to both Tin Uno and Tin Dos making it an ideal choice for large groups or more than one family wishing to travel together.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide along with 28cm steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 100cm and other doors that access the pool area are 200cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are over 2m wide, the grounds are even but there are lots of steps around the villa and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 90cm wide which is the bedroom on the left and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 90cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 89cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 100cm wide.

Villa Tin Tres is modern and very spacious. The kitchen facilities are more than adequate for light cooking. We made good use of the linen line at the back of the villa, which seemed to get the sun all day. The pool is amazing and has stunning views! The surrounding area is particularly beautiful and very peaceful. The only slight issue we found was that the allocated parking area is very tight if you have a large car and can cause a manoeuvrability issue if people don’t park their cars within the lines. Other than that we would highly recommend Villa Tin Tres!

Parking is not great as there are six properties in a narrow cul-de-sac. The Villa itself is excellent with plenty of room and good all round facilities. This is the fourth time we have used Solmar and we will continue to do so.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine fin octobre dans cette villa très spacieuse et très lumineuse avec une vue panoramique et merveilleuse sur la baie et les petites îles d'Addaia. La douceur du climat à cette époque nous a permis de passer de bons moments près de la piscine à débordement et aussi de visiter les nombreuses criques paradisiaques de l'île. Translated - We had a great week at the end of October in this very spacious and very bright villa with a wonderful panoramic view of the bay and the small islands of Addaia. The mild climate at that time allowed us to have a good time near the infinity pool and also to visit the many idyllic coves of the island.

I find Solmar a great company to book through, really helpful in the airport but we were left alone once at the villa which is just how we like it. A minimalist villa with the most amazing views and infinity pool - choose Tin Tres as it is the highest of the three villas to really appreciate the panorama! Well equipped Kitchen and utility. The only real downside is that the living accommodation is upstairs so if you want to eat by the pool everything has to be carried downstairs, especially when using BBQ. A lovely resort in walking distance for beaches and restaurants - catch the train to save the legs!

Hot water tended to run out too after 4 showers which meant two of us had them cold. Otherwise we loved it.

Rated Excellent. This is a fantastic and spacious villa in a superb neighbourhood. Stylish interior, a well-equipped kitchen and lots of other amenities. Relax on the terrace with a stunning ocean view and use the infinity pool to cool down after a visit to Mahon or Ciutadella. We pretty much recommend this house
