You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Spread over one level, Villa Anabel offers three air conditioned bedrooms which share two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious lounge leading directly out to the terrace. Wi-Fi is available for those who wish to keep in touch, and satellite television is provided to keep you entertained should you need a break from the sun.
Outside, an inviting pool stretches proudly across the tiled patio, surrounded by plenty of sunloungers and a good-sized shaded area with dining facilities, perfect for enjoying some freshly cooked barbecue fare. Located within the family friendly resort of Arenal D’en Castell, Villa Anabel is within walking distance of the local bars and restaurants as well as a superb sandy beach, perfect for those who wish to enjoy their holidays without the fuss of a car.

To access the villa there is a path which is 170cm wide which leads to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 76cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors which are 120cm wide, the lounge door which is 120cm wide and the kitchen door which is 69cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 96cm wide, the pool area and pathways are flat and the pool has steps with no handrail to enter. Inside there is a step into the front door which is 6cm in height and a step from the patio doors which is 7cm in height. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 69cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 69cm wide. Pool was beautiful , very well maintained. Crockery was very poor, only three wine glasses & two suitable for beer. We were left with the feeling that it was all a bit petty, renting a villa with a pool but being told that we had to pay extra for pool towels! Ant invasion the first night was unwelcome & that appears to be a known problem but without any apparent effort to try to avert it. One dishwasher tablet for 10 nights was also ‘petty’. Put £20 on the cost, leave 10 tablets, pool towels & a few more glasses!

We loved the outdoor space around the pool the most and there was plenty of shade as well as the loungers. The pool lights after dark were lovely too. We also loved the location of it - it was very peaceful but also close to beach, a lovely walk along the boardwalk to the resort/restaurants and a supermarket close by for convenience. The villa was well-equipped with the necessary crockery. The pool was checked and maintained regularly which was good. It was good to have the two bathrooms.
