You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Positioned in the Gotmar area of Puerto Pollensa, you will be right in the heart of all the action of this trendy port town. Once you enter the villa grounds with its feeling of complete relaxation and surrounded by greenery, it is hard to believe that you are just a short walk from all of the island life going on around you. As you enter the villa, you have a driveway with a garage and steps leading you up to the front entrance of the house. Step inside the villa and you will be greeted by a traditional home feel offering a lounge with comfy sofas and a flat screen TV. This leads onto the dining room and you also have the kitchen that is fully equipped, perfect for you to try your hand at cooking some local Mallorcan cuisine. Villa Voltor Cinco homes 4 bedrooms; one double, one twin and two singles, with one of the bedrooms leading out onto a terrace overlooking the lovely gardens. It also offers 3 bathrooms; 2 with a shower and 1 with a bath.

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide along with 12 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 78cm. Paths from the villa to the pool are 80cm wide, there are 7 steps down to the pool and also steps to enter the pool. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 68cm wide. Spacious though old fashioned property; Very clean; Small grocery store only 3-4 minutes away with a cafe however this was not mentioned to us at all - we stumbled on it; Excellent warm pool, garden space and pleasant view of trees etc. Upmarket neighbourhood

The Villa was as expected as we had stayed there before. It is set in a lovely location although a good twenty minute walk into the port. Ten minutes to a good supermarket. It was very clean on arrival. Pool also clean. The owners came in twice during the two week holiday to check the pool and water plants. They were not invasive but lovely to speak with. The Villa had most everything you could ask for. A typical Spanish Villa.

This was our first villa and it was absolutely out of this world. It was immaculately clean and the internal and external furnishings were super. The swimming pool was stunning. An absolutley outstanding villa. The pictures on the website do not do it justice.

Excellent location and villa as advertised. No a/c in the Lounge which would have been appreciated. A minor point - surprised that some small useful items that would have been left by others had not been left for us to use - washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dish cloth, salt/pepper, oil.
