To access the villa there is a path which is over 300cm wide along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 110cm and other doors that access the pool area is the double doors to the patio area which are 100cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are over 300cm wide, the grounds are mainly flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is also 70cm wide. We had a lovely time as three families of four. There was plenty of space and lots of bathrooms for us. The pool was fantastic and our highlight - we spent lots of time day and into the evening in there. The villa had lots of seating areas both a bit of quiet or everyone together and you could always find some shade on one of balconies or verandas. From the front you will get an amazing sunrise! The bus stop is easy to get to at the end of the road for Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa. Pollensa had lovely squares and cafes. Puerto Pollensa had fantastic restaurants, beaches and the amazing Pine Walk.

The villa is situated in a quiet location and handy for not only Port de Pollensa but Pollensa and Cala de Sant Vincent. The facilities suited us perfectly with lazy afternoons around the pool and the BBQ's we’d all been looking forward too. It was a great base for exploring that part of the island by bike.

Like a previous review stated “Overall the villa was good but a few things would have made it excellent”. We, as a group of 9 adult male cyclists, found the villa to be ideal. The outside space was great. Perfect for winding down after a day in the saddle. Inside there was plenty of room although the kitchen could get a bit crowded at times. It's a little out of town but still only a 25 - 30 minute brisk walk. If numbers dictate I would have absolutely no hesitation in renting this villa again.

This villa was well situated between Puerta Pollensa and Pollensa old town although a car is a must as it is a 15 minute walk into the port along a busy road. Situated In a quiet area down a country lane. Good family sized villa for our party of 13 but really needs a make-over! Pool excellent and maintained well with plenty of sun-beds and covered terraces both front and rear of house. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms excellent but none in the lounge which is really needed as the children watched TV in the middle of the day to keep out of the sun. Puerto Pollensa is a lovely family resort with boat trips (catamaran recommended) inflatable off shore fun park which is very popular - lots of good shops and in the main square - craft markets with in the evening entertainment ie bands & shows while we where there (usually 10pm start).

Villa Palmeras was in a beautiful and quiet location, total privacy with a great sized pool, we had a bargain as it was last minute, the interior is a traditional style, it could do with areas being looked at, e.g., bathroom fitting corroded green, the kitchen upstairs wasn't kitted out at all, as it happens we didn't need to use it but if there were 2 families going to stay then it may be an issue. The kitchen downstairs had plenty of plates and cutlery but lacked very much from kitchen utensils and needed a new frying pan as everything stuck. If i had paid the full price, I wouldn't be happy, but as i said, we got it at a bargain price. i would gladly stay there again at another bargain price. Complete privacy.

Rated: Good. Great villa for families, and suitable for all age groups. Not the most up to date in terms of facilities / decor, but comfortable enough. The location was quiet, but close enough to the beach & port. The pool is a big plus point, we couldn't keep the kids out of it! A car is a must, unless you like walking in the heat. ;Would definitely go again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. All of us had a really good trip. In particular we made good use of the villa's pool which was a great size. On one occasion we made use of the BBQ but on the whole we preferred to eat out. We found the villa well furnished and well decorated. The rooms were very nice.
