You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

We liked the rural setting of the villa, the peacefulness of the area and the feeling of space. Also we liked the villa’s proximity to Pollensa. 1) The green threadbare sacking attached to the fence has come adrift over the years and is incredibly unsightly, and should be removed (already mentioned to Solmar representative). 2) Lawn not mown - no gardener appeared all week despite mentioning this to the Solmar representative. 3) The villa was freezing at the end of March. Luckily the representative suggested we turn the air con in bedrooms onto the heating setting but we weren’t allowed to use the fireplace and the heaters in dining/sitting room were totally inadequate. 4) The tennis court’s fence is raised and tennis balls shoot through the fence into the neighbour’s land. 5) Both showers leak water all over the floor - mentioned to the cleaner who knew about it. 6) The mattresses were incredibly hard. 7) We have enjoyed another villa on your website very much in the past but Villa Nadal is very tired and we feel Solmar Villas should have checked on the villa more thoroughly and advised the owner to deal with certain aspects of its rather neglected state.

Villa El Moli was the most beautiful villa we have stayed in to date. We have booked all our villas through Solmar over the past 5 yrs but this one was the best of all! The pool was large the grounds of the villa were stunning, it was immaculately kept just beautiful all round. We did receive the essentials when we arrived which was a great help as a cup of coffee was just what we needed, so there was no rush to the supermarket. The villa was cleaned twice within the 10 days we were there and the cleaners were lovely so friendly! All in all we had a fantastic holiday and will certainly be returning to Villa El Moli Thank you Solmar Villas keep up the good work finding these stunning villas!
