To access the villa there is a wide path along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 85cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors which are 90cm wide each. Paths from the villa to the pool are 120cm wide, the ground is flat but there is a slight dip between the paving slabs and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide which is the master bedroom and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide which is the ensuite. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 100cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 100cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The villa location and external appearance of the villa were beautiful, just as show on the website. Unfortunately, when we entered the villa, we had no ground floor / external lighting. We spoke to our assigned contact who promptly ensured this was resolved by the time we'd returned from dinner. The following morning in daylight we discovered we had an ant problem throughout the villa! Kitchen, bathrooms and living room area. As well as a poorly cleaned property! We spent the next two hours cleaning and attempting to rid the villa of the ants, this was a short-term fix as we had to wash the floors three - four times daily to keep on top of the ants that were continually coming into the property. I again spoke with our contact who came over to the property to have a look at things for herself. She told me that she would arrange for the owner to attend either that day or the following to set traps to deter the ants. This did not happen!!! I sent a message asking for an update as to when this was likely to be resolved and didn't even get a reply!!! Terrible service! We did not pay a lot of money to go on holiday to spend our time cleaning someone else's property. We did meet the owner of the house who took it upon himself to arrive without notice on two days to carry out work ready for the next rental! Again, I strongly feel this should have been relayed to us before he arrived unannounced. This was also relayed to our rep who again didn't reply. Also, upon speaking with him he wasn't even aware that we had an issue with the ants, great customer service throughout!!! Another unfortunate issue with the property that we discovered is when it was raining hard, the water runs through the walls and puddles in the main downstairs bathroom! This as well as poor grouting at floor level / missing silicone around the bath seemed to be an entry point for the ants. Overall, I feel the villa could potentially be beautiful. It definitely needs some time / money spent around the property resolving issues. This was the fourth time that we have used Solmar Villa's, based upon this experience it will also be our last!!!

We had a fantastic holiday at this superb property. The gardens and pool area were great, very peaceful, gorgeous mountain views, safe and secure for young children. Loved the feel of the whole villa very spacious but homely too. We didn’t like the timed air conditioning as it was on when it wasn’t needed and off when we would have liked it on, that really was the only negative thing about this villa. I would not hesitate to recommend and would love to return to it one day.

A very well appointed villa with loads of space both inside and out. Almost complete isolation provided for a very relaxing and peaceful stay. Yet, you are 5 minutes drive from Pollenca or Porto Pollenca made for a holiday that provided everything. The Solmar team were brilliant, responsive and attentive to all of our needs.

Amazing villa with beautiful interior and decor. 5-10 mins drive from Puerto Pollensa which is a fantastic holiday resort. Not within walking distance though. We reported a couple of minor issues on arrival (eg faulty lock) and the owner came round quickly and was able to fix them. Excellent communication in arranging this from our Solmar rep.

We booked this villa as a last minute holiday as it was the only one available on the dates we wanted. We were not disappointed. We've stayed in other Solmar Villas before and I have to say this has been my favourite so far. Great location and a lovely clean, modern villa in nice grounds. Only down side was the number or mosquitoes so take your bug spray!

Location was lovely with great views of hills and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Very large well kept pretty garden and pool. The villa is spacious and of a modern design. Very clean .well equipped and great set up for families young or older. Very peaceful and only ten mins drive to Pollensa old town and Port d’pollensa. Woukd highly recommend a stay here.

Very nice villa, good facilities with her 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms and the pool. Very good location : nice view on the countryside and mountains, very quiet and at the same time not far from the beach and from Pollençà. We had a very good moment and we will not hesitate to recommend it !
