You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Llenaire Overview
It’s all about location at Villa Llenaire, being just a short stroll and a few hundred metres from the beautiful sandy beach at Roca de Llenaire. From here you can take a steady walk along the beach to the centre of Port de Pollensa with its huge selection of restaurants, cafes and bars whilst taking in the wonderful sea views.
An ideal base for exploring the area, the villa has four spacious air conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms located all on the ground floor level. This traditionally furnished villa also benefits from a large comfortable lounge complete with open plan dining area. Externally the modern pool and terrace area offers ample shade should you wish to escape the midday sun, or just spend an evening relaxing by the pool.

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors that access the pool area are from the terrace which are 160cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 105cm wide, the grounds are flat and there is ladder access into the pool itself. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide which can be any of the bedrooms and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 60cm wide which can be either of the bathrooms. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 75cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 115cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We needed a longer check out due to the closed rent bikes and the night flight. Unfortunately, no one communicated with me. no assistance during the stay. there was a power outage, nothing was notified. the cleanliness was not good, I had allergic reactions from dust mites and humidity in the villa.

Really nice villa, great location really not far from restaurants and shops and the beach. Nice quiet area, great outdoor space. Pool is lovely, graduates to deeper water nicely. Would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Llenaire Villa. The Villa is located in the beautiful and quite place not far from the beach. The cosy Majorcan interior was pretty conductive for relaxation. Villa is good equipped, we had mostly all we need to enjoy our holiday.

The Villa is typical Spanish style in a great location, close enough to the beach and a good walk into the town centre with some excellent restaurants nearby. The villa contains all mod cons and the Wifi works well. Some minor improvements could be made to make it better suited to host 8 guests, but overall this accommodation is good value and I would use it again.

Lovely Villa in a great location. Very convenient for restaurants and the beach. The outside space was a little grubby and needs a good clean. The kitchen has a dishwasher which was a bonus but the units and decor are a little dated . Very good value for money considering the location
