The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.

- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.
- You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but no limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.

Villa Llenaire Overview
It’s all about location at Villa Llenaire, being just a short stroll and a few hundred metres from the beautiful sandy beach at Roca de Llenaire. From here you can take a steady walk along the beach to the centre of Port de Pollensa with its huge selection of restaurants, cafes and bars whilst taking in the wonderful sea views. An ideal base for exploring the area, the villa has four spacious air conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms located all on the ground floor level. This traditionally furnished villa also benefits from a large comfortable lounge complete with open plan dining area. Externally the modern pool and terrace area offers ample shade should you wish to escape the midday sun, or just spend an evening relaxing by the pool.

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors that access the pool area are from the terrace which are 160cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 105cm wide, the grounds are flat and there is ladder access into the pool itself. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide which can be any of the bedrooms and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 60cm wide which can be either of the bathrooms. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 75cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 115cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Lovely Villa in a great location. Very convenient for restaurants and the beach. The outside space was a little grubby and needs a good clean. The kitchen has a dishwasher which was a bonus but the units and decor are a little dated . Very good value for money considering the location

Villa is located close to the beach and easy walking distance to some lovely restaurants. Spacious and well laid out. Great villa, but a bit overlooked by neighbouring townhouses and flats. Didn’t bother us too much personally.

The Villa is typical Spanish style in a great location, close enough to the beach and a good walk into the town centre with some excellent restaurants nearby. The villa contains all mod cons and the Wifi works well. Some minor improvements could be made to make it better suited to host 8 guests, but overall this accommodation is good value and I would use it again.
