- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.

The check-in process was very simple. The keys were in a lock box and we were provided info before we arrived. The Villa was clean and had everything you needed - kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and pool area were all well equipped. The owners were absolutely wonderful and helpful with everything.

The terrace at the villa was lovely and the pool was a real bonus as it was so hot. Air conditioning in the bedrooms would have been helpful as it was hard to sleep some nights. The main road although out of sight was quite noisy during the day but apart from that the location was good for the beach .....but a 25 minute walk into the town. On balance though good value for money.

A lovely traditional property in a great location, a short walk to the beach and local supermarket; a couple of restaurants were close buy if you didn't want to stroll the 20 minute walk into Puerto Pollensa town. The property is perhaps a little dated but very clean and nicely decorated; I thought it was charming and the cane furniture set in the lounge was particularly beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped to cater for our family of seven although it would have been helpful to have a 4 slice toaster! The villa would certainly benefit from air conditioning but there were fans provided in all the bedrooms. We had a fabulous holiday and would certainly consider booking Can Cisco again!

Hello, we generally enjoyed our stay at the villa, close to the beach, a shop, restaurants. The house was clean, the exterior is beautiful and the garden very well maintained. If you look at the map you will see that the main road leads right behind the villa therefore it is constant traffic noise, inside and outside. The downside is that the mattresses are very worn as well as all dining chairs and the lounge furnitures, and I wonder where you should relax all together if you book the house for 8 people and you might not be so lucky to enjoy just sunny days. Overall it was a good place to be for a couple of nights.

The villa was a lovely rustic typical Mallorcan villa which has been built to keep the sun out, so it is very dark inside and as the weather was not very good also very cold. This would be great in the hot summer weather but in early May we had to request for the heating to be turned on in the evening which the owner came and did for us. The resort was beautiful and had everything that you need for the perfect holiday.
