You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Ros Petit Overview
Villa Ros Petit is the perfect countryside hideaway only a five-minute drive from both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The accommodation lies across one floor and expands onto the attractive outside terrace and pool area, so you can make the most of your nature-filled surroundings.
Tasteful furnishings are a mix of modern and traditional, with terracotta tiles and whitewashed walls creating an air of tranquillity. There are three bedrooms, two twins and one double, two bathrooms and open-plan living areas with a lounge, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area in-between. Indoor and outdoor living is perfectly blended at Ros Petit with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue on the terrace and multiple alfresco dining spots. After a day of sunbathing and swimming in the private pool, dinner beneath the pergola terrace is a treat.
The Balearic Islands offer plenty to explore and main attractions including the Tramuntana mountain range and the S'Albufera wetlands are a mere 20-minute drive away from the villa. Pollensa’s Plaça Mayor is the scene of one of Majorca’s best Sunday markets, and Puerto Pollensa just down the road has been attracting holidaymakers for decades thanks to its long swathes of sandy beach backed by mountains – which also happen to be a huge draw for cyclists.
